9:15 AM Appointment Schedule by Nissan not a customer choice, Edward calls me at 3:48 to tell me that the only service can be done is Oil Change but not Engine Coolant Flashing due to busy schedule. He asked to set another appointment for a later date. Waiting for 7 hours for the response is absolutely unacceptable. He should call earlier the customer if they cannot complete the service.

Tired of being sold a bill of goods. Brand new rear brakes less than 2 months old. Get quoted for new pads and rotors. This is nothing less than theft. How can you trust a dealer who does this.

Did not listen to my concern until the third conversation, did not charge me what was quoted then when I pointed it out they corrected it saying it was because they liked me and charged me for a drive line service that customer service said would take the noise way and finally told me the DSL service was regular maintenance . When they called to say the front L arm should be replaced urgently I asked if this would stop the noise since the noise was coming from the back they said it might sound like it is coming from the back... read more

This dealership does not respond to emails, calls, or in person visits. Did an early lease termination, paid the penalties and they continued to charge me monthly. According to Nissan Finance it was the dealership who made the error, yet they won’t respond. Try calling the reception and see if someone picks up. Horrible customer service, pressure sale tactics. Stay away.

Not a good experience. After several made appointments and poor communication with mechanic I was informed what I already knew about my car. I paid $240 for nothing and no solution or estimate. Then I received my car with no ev battery charged and I was expected to drive myself home. I asked the service manager and they asked if I wanted to plug in my wv car before leaving. It was clear that this dealership was not equipped to service my Nissan ev 

Business response:

They need to state that they are not yet ready to service EV as their infrastructure of lack of EV mechanics and Charging stations and general requirements to service customers with EV needs major updating. They should not accept servicing EV at this time

Came in for a specific problem that was not addressed and continues. I basically payed about $380 for an oil change. Tried to charge me another $100 to tell me my backup camera fell into my bumper which I already knew and told them about, calling it a diagnostic.

The service department is wonderful. .. the sales people are pushy. While waiting for servicing, I was looking at cars on display... a salesman kept suggesting I sit in car, drive it etc. I finally told him to just leave Mr alone. His English was poor which made it worse. Ron, in the service department has always been great !!!

I purchased a new vehicle. I was told there was a spot for a spare tire so I purchased one. I waited and waited for it to come in. Finally, after sending a text I was finally told the tire was in. I got there to be asked where I want them to put it. There was no spot for it afterall. Told them to keep it. On my new vehicle, I got the clear bug deflector put on. I found bubbles. My new car had only 180 kilometers on it, and I found scratches on the body that weren't properly addressed. In the end, they just gave me a floor mat as a substitute, and their overall attitude was negative. This is my experience buying a new car here, and I hope for a better solution.
