Brock Jensen review I had very good experience with young salesman named Brock Jensen just before Christmas. I had had an accident and was looking for a 'new to me' used car. I had visited other dealerships, and they tried to "oversell' me. When I visited Plaza Nissan and dealt with Brock, he understood exactly what I was looking for and found it for me. I was very happy with the deal I got and would recommend Brock to anyone wishing to find a car new or used.

Purchase and Service The sales process was fast and courteous. No pressure sales pitch. Had my first oil change and it was quick and reasonably priced. The owner was involved and very helpful.
Heater Issue's I leased a 2016 Nissan Rouge in May 2016, the vehicle has been great. My wife took the car up to Deep River and she had no heat on the way back, she tried everything except turning it off and on. I contacted the service manager and told him of the problem and scheduled a service appointment and of course everything worked perfectly. Friendly and knowledgeable I bought a 2015 Versa Note at Plaza Nissan late last year. I didn't feel pressured and the car was ready for pick-up a day or so after purchase. I've since had two oil changes done there. Both took about half an hour at reasonable cost.

on Thursday May 14 I had an appointment with Plaza Nissan for my Armada Platinum to have a newly installed rear suspension sensor recognised by the main computer. a Nissan dealership should have the proper ODBII device to make this happen. Instead I was told by the mechanic that he tried to get the part recognised but had no luck and recommended I take my truck to a suspension service place to have the air suspension replaced with springs and shocks because the armada system is garbage based on previous experience with a fam... read more
