during an oil change they notified me that my drive/serpentine belt needed urgent replacement. it was marked in red and my service wouldn’t even complete until i addressed their suggestion. i left the dealership, my dad bought a belt, and we spent 2 hours replacing that belt. the belt is in perfect condition. what a scam.
I had a 1:30 appt Monday, March 31 for oil change & tire swap. I waited 2 hrs 45mns. I find that unacceptable.Last year, in the spring, It never used to be like that but unfortunately it’s getting worse. I wasn’t the only dissatisfied customer who had to wait such a long time for the job to get done. If this keeps happening, I will leave Plaza Nissan and go somewhere else.
Bad faith negotiating by dishonest salesman. After agreeing to an all-in price and then paying the deposit, he proceeded to inform me that I would have to pay extra for items that were supposed to be included.
I did not appreciate the unexpected $30 miscellaneous charge. Was quoted a price and when I went to pick up my car they added the miscellaneous charge and I was told it’s for the rags they use. What!?? You charge customers $30 for rags and even charge tax on that as well.
The costs are outrageous. Dropped my vehicle off for a 10:30 appt wasn't even looked at until 3:30pm when I called to say I am done work at 4. I would advise against get an extended warranty as you pay even more for the diagnostic fee to see if it is a warranty issue.
Is there a rating below zero? My car's transmission died 7 months out of warranty with only 68,000km. A warranty that was extended by a legal settlement to 7 years and 100000k I live 43km from the dealership. After arranging for a tow, I was informed that i might be eligible for a goodwill review and a 70/30 split of the cost of the repairs. After 2 weeks, and being without a car for 3, I was informed that I was turned down for any assistance. And was informed that I had to pay for an "Inspection" that resulted in no repairs... read more

Absolutely awful service. We booked an appt with service agent and they kept our car all day without fixing issue then sent us back home
My last experience at Plaza Nissan was very disappointing and very unlike any previous service experience I have had with them. I felt pressured to agree to having extra services completed before I had even left the dealership.
