Won’t be going back to Plaza Nissan Had a recall appointment booked for 10 a.m. Dropped the car off early so they had it all day. Later that day, I received a call from the service rep, Eddie, saying they were overbooked and couldn’t get to it. He asked if we could leave the car over the weekend or bring it back Monday. First time in my years with this location that they fell well below expectations. Service ended up fine at the very end, but took way longer than expected and communication was non-existent. They did not reach out with a single status update until 7 hours later only because I finally got through to someone not in the service department. Had to keep calling, leaving voice messages for service and no one responded. Completely frustrated after 2 days of this and wasted so much of my time waiting. I feel like when I called for an oil change they always to to get me to spend more money and I think it is also getting more expensive here.
The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed in the bill I received. First time I brought my new car in, and I negotiated an extended warranty, and the amount I was charged above my warranty was brutal. I’ll be taking her to our mechanic for everything I can rather than coming back to the dealership for service.
Don't like the 3rd party booking process. They tend to overbook all the time.
They did not honour my request and installed a oil that is cheaper and was not requested by me
Very poor customer service and servicing. Small tire pressure required two visits and over 10 calls. Got wrong tire repair at first then right tire on second try.
Slow service, not professional, no response to e mails, no invoice received, needed to ask for my vehicle condition instead of them giving me this information.
The service department is terrible. I waited 1 hour and they still hadn’t taken my car in for its scheduled oil change. Then when I asked how much longer they said at least another hour. This is the second time I have had a very long wait for a scheduled oil change. Never going back there again.
