2018 Nissan Micra Recently, I bought a new Micra from Marc. When I picked up my vehicle, Marc had addressed almost all my requests (e.g., installing new winter tires). Marc followed up with the trunk cover on back order. Once I received my trunk cover, I was happy.

Great Customer Service I brought my Rogue Nissan for some concerns. I talked to Tim Beechey, who I found very professional and accommodating. He is also very honest in dealing with. I also found the shuttle service very excellent. The driver was very polite and friendly. He has a great knowledge about the city streets. I will be back in future for the service. Thank you

Lost keys My keys went flying off the console. Search by 3 different people resulted in no keys being found but with Nissan feature I.e. car would start - knew they were somewhere in car. Tom Martin's Radio Problems, 2017 Altima I had a problem with my radio. Whenever I received a text the automatic response would default to "I'm Driving" which I tried to set to OFF. After many tries, and seeing that it reset to default everytime I restarted the car, I got frustrated and went to see Corey in Service. Took 5 minutes, N/C, and it has worked perfectly since then. Thanks Corey, always a GREAT HELP!!! See you soon for service.
