What a great Team! Just purchased a "new to me RAV4"! What a change from my Camry! Although I miss some of the Camry features, I find the RAV handles easily and I feel safe and confident driving it. I would like to thank Paul Meyers and Jason Harvey for detailing the old Camry for their newest client, my niece. She is loving her “new” wheels and I know that the Camry won’t leave her stranded. Great caring people ! I brought my 13 year car in to get checked and apparently it was a death trap. I kinda figured as much because the floor was rusting out, car didn't want to start some days, the tail pipe extension was dragging behind it, the headlamp was fried, etc. They knew I needed a vehicle and they found me a manual Toyota Matrix, which is a step-up from the Echo at an amazing price! Great dealership, great salesman, Have had bad experience at other dealers in the past, but this was a great experience. Worked with me to find a vehicle that met my needs and my budget. Modern dealership and great service. Leo was very helpful and kept in touch, but not overboard on following up. Dawn was very helpful in explaining warranty options without being too pushy.
good service My wife and I were looking to change vehicles and had talked to Leo about a couple of used Rav 4's they had. When we went there to have a look, the model we were interested in had been sold, but Leo showed us a similar model and did an excellent job of arranging the trade in and purchase on the same day. The finance manager Dawn Moffat was friendly and easy to deal with and we were on our way in our new to us vehicle in a couple of hours. Leo and Dawn were good examples for their dealership.
Exemplary Service My wife and I went to Honda, Ford, Hyundai, Mazda, Kia and even MyCar. Service was hit and miss, at least with the salesmen we dealt with (Mazda was excellent, but the vehicle was not what we were looking for). Right away we noticed a difference with Leo Vaserbakh, when we arrived for our called ahead test drive, he had two vehicles warmed up; the one we asked for, plus another used version. Excellent service from Leo Vaserbakh at North Bay Toyota After some much shopping around over the phone for a new Toyota Tacoma I cannot say how much I was impressed with the service and professionalism we received from Product Advisor Leo Vaserbakh. Great salesman at a so-so dealership I had checked out cars at quite a few dealerships prior to settling on North Bay Toyota and Brent Ogletree (my salesman) was a large part of why I chose to buy at North Bay Toyota. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and there was no rush or pressure to buy.
