My appointment was for 11 o’clock. . took half an hour .. got dropped off at the mall not knowing but never got the call till 2
I had to wait 2 hours to have the snow tires installed on our Lexus. They were on rims! Dearlership is so busy it cannot keep up.
Typical salesman just looking for his pocket. After the sale was finalized will not give what is supposed to come with the vehicle and giving excuses that are childish and not professional i would not recommend dealing with them
Car still making noise after spending 3000 in repairs. They said it was all fixed.
Bought a 2020 Rav4 in Apr '24 from North Bay Toyota and made an appointment for May '25 for the first oil change. Took the day off work to drive from Sudbury and upon arrival was told by the service desk there was no record of an appointment and there weren't enough kilometers on the vehicle to warrant an oil change. Very expensive. Cash grab with inspections that need to be done in order to maintain warranty. Not great experience at the counter in terms of explanation for the high cost.
I had just purchased my Rav4 two months ago and I had to have a new battery installed because it was finished. I don't think I should have had to pay $500 when I only had my car for a couple of months. I feel that they should have checked everything to make sure that the car was reliable, dependable and safe to drive. You do not want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership for safety and buyer security reasons under any circumstance. I purchased a new $52,000 vehicle from these clowns and they mismatched the tires and did not disclose it at the point of sale. I would never have purchased a vehicle much less a new one with mismatched tires for any reason. No tire manufacturer either endorses or recommends this very dangerous practice. After spending 30k plus I would not go back or recommend this dealership. The sales person was not what I expected. Only interested in a sale. When we picked up the vehicle, he couldn’t be bothered to go over the features etc. with the vehicle. We have to figure it out on our own. When we emailed him a question reply was I don’t know. Sorry. Past experience, the sales person took the time with their customer to ensure they were knowledgeable and comfortable with their new vehicle.
