Wasn't aware of two tire change is free if it was done at the same time as servicing vehicle There are no car wash during the pendamic but other car dealership has that service. Not very friendly stuff.
Staff is polite but speed of service is poor! Booked extended warranty repairs in August. November and they still had not confirmed. Brought back twice this month to have repairs addressed. Very inconvenient. I live outside the city and have to wait for the vehicle since they won't drive customers outside the city. Also waiting since last year for English owner manual to be provided.
not happy I am not happy with the service i received. My alternator and battery fried AGAIN and i wanted them to find out why, Not just bandaid fix it and replace the parts AGAIN ... so i end up with an over 800 dollar bill for doing what any garage could have done. I deliberately took it to the dealer as they are supposed to have the toyota experts and paid the much higher prices to find out why. Why make an appointment? I received a call from Toyota stating that it was time for service. I made an appointment but when I arrived they were not expecting me. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and supposed to be finished by 11:30 am and at 11:15 my car still had not been taken into the shop. However someone who arrived after I got there was taken right in.

I was very disappointed in the length of my service#22.5 I was very disappointed in the length of my service#2 2.5 hours is unacceptable I made and appointment weeks earlier for a date and time for a reason. Lies and nonsense My mother in-law purchased a used 2015 Toyota Corolla that had visible signs of damage on the rear bumper. During the purchase with Nick we negotiated to have the damage repaired. North Bay Toyota said they would make arrangements to have the vehicle repaired by a reputable local auto body shop as a condition of the sale. Terrible service!!!! We purchased the vehicle at the N. Bay dealership at the very end of August 2018. (A 2014 Tundra with 52,000 km). My son brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation which we were told was included in our purchased and expensive extended warranty. It wasn’t. Possibly a miscommunication. During the tire rotation they stripped the lock bolts on all four tires and did not replace them. Bad communication Car went in for a recall repair. They were also asked to check rear trunk for rust behind chrome trim. Rust could not be seen, but trim was stained. When checking out the check was never mentioned so I had to ask. Service desk person then read the notes but couldn't understand them. She asked the check in person who confirmed they needed to take a picture of my signed ownership. So when asked where my car was so I could get the ownership I was pointed to the front lot. Terrible! Worst customer service experience EVER! Worst car dealership I have ever delt with. Rescepionist Julia and Manager have zero ability to communicate and have no problem lying to cover up mistakes! Gave us an estimate then only did part of the work and still charged full price with a threat to never let the vehicle leave! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business!
