We drove from Temiscaming to North Bay yesterday for the scheduled appointment on 17th of October. We just found at the Toyota service department that no appointment was scheduled contrary to the email confirmation from Keith Newton. After waiting 2 hrs, we returned to check the status of the maintenance. Our truck was still in the main entrance and nothing was done. We did not have time to wait another 2 hrs or more and we just left. We have lost half a day and spent fuel for nothing.
I spent 1800 in 10 days and got a dent on my hood while there.
You do not want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership for safety and buyer security reasons under any circumstance. I purchased a new $52,000 vehicle from these clowns and they mismatched the tires and did not disclose it at the point of sale. I would never have purchased a vehicle much less a new one with mismatched tires for any reason. No tire manufacturer either endorses or recommends this very dangerous practice. We test drove the Jeep yesterday. When it was time to sit down and talk numbers, Roberto gave us a slap with his offer of our jeep that we would trade in. The reasoning for his low ball price was the write up of a jeep that they found at a garage out of province. This partucular vehicle was in an accident.(which they failed to mention) The lack of customer service or attept to gain a new customer was the lowest I have ever seen in my life. Our 2014 RAV4 with less than 155,000 km required a total transmission rebuilt because of "internal self-destruction" just days after being checked and transmission fluid topped up by Toyota. It cost us over $7,000 for total rebuilt by a 3rd party who specialize in transmission rebuilt. It was disheartening to know that Toyota were not able to help with the cost of repair because we took it to a 3rd party who specializes in transmission rebuilt. Service is less than ideal. Repeating the same thing to correct account info. No way to leave message about needing an appointment. Which I tried because app isn’t great. Only to leave a message during business hours and not hear back.

I leased my vehicle from Toyota in 2017 had excellent service until this last year. I have brought my car in half a dozen times in the last year for the same issue. They drive it for 2km to and from the dealership (I checked the odometer) which is basically around the block and keep telling me they don't "hear" the noise I'm describing (it's a strut issue). Did not tell me the machine to reset my tire monitor was not working on 29 April 2021, I returned on 30 April 2021 and was told to call back Monday to see if machine was fixed so I could have the my tire monitor reset. Your people should have told me this on 29 April. Doug Warwick

Terrible service! They are great when your buying the car but the service department is dismissive, terrible to deal with if you have complaints about them
