After 2 1/2 years of service at Lexus on the Park of my RX350, I am happy to say that the service I receive continues to be outstanding! Although this was the first time I dealt with Kevin Fam, I felt as if I had been dealing with him for years. Abid Ahivji is a great service manager. He looked into all my concerns and issues on the my 2006 lexus and advised me accordingly. He is thorough on his knowledge about the lexus and I trust his team of professionals on any advice and recommendations they provide. I have been a customer since the day I purchased my lexus almost 5 years ago from Lexus of Oakville and i get my lexus serviced only at this Lexus on the park location under Abid Shivji's care. Just leased a Lexus RX 350 from Lexus On the Park. Had leased/purchased three vehicles from Toyota On the Park previously. We continue to return to this joint dealership as the vehicles are terrific as is the service. For the past three vehicles we have dealt with Lazar Lazarovski. He is patient, accommodating, and detail oriented. He aims to please. It took only a few hours (shopping and paperwork) to do the deal. The customized vehicle was delivered as requested in no time. Sam Esaad Service was excellent. he was very friendly. my overall experience was great. Josie Allen was very helpful especially those complicated stuff like setting up the blue tooth. i am definitly endorsing Lexus products.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I have been coming to this dealership for years and would highly recommend Mark as a sales associate to anybody looking for a new car. He was referred to me by a friend. This was my first interaction with Josie and I thought she did a great job explaining the new features in the new car. There is nothing that I would suggest to either one of them to enhance my experience. They both nailed it.
