Abid has always been the best and easiest to deal with compared to any other mechanic I've ever visited. Since day one, he has always explained the issues thoroughly and though made his recommendations, I've never felt forced into doing a specific service on my 08 RX400H, Instead Abid has weighed the pros/cons with me and let me know what needs immediate attention vs what can wait. It's extremely difficult to find an honest, trustworthy shop and I'm very lucky to have found the best!

Mark Easton was very patient and was totally transparent when it came to price , also was treated really fair on my BMW trade .
