New Car Salle This is my second car purchase (lease actually) from Benjamen and my first from Sam. They are both fantastic and I was sure I was being treated fairly and got a great deal. enjoying my latte while waiting for service I was so happy that Lexus OtP got a new coffee machine. Now no need to go to Starbucks for my latte. Brian organized the work, Abid and Warren came by to take a look at the vehicle to assess the problem and touch base with me. Guys put the new part in and so far so good. I also appreciated advice on a few things as I am always looking to improve my driving and taking care of my vehicle.

We went there for a battery related issue for our RX350. Met Josie Allen in the hallway, she was very friendly, helpful and patient, asked to speed up the process on our behalf. Honestly I wish there are more people like her in the service sector.

Lexus on the Park Service Department is exceptional. We received several timely service reminders and it was easy to get an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, Brian explained all of the components of the service and why the manufacturer recommends them at this time. Work was completed in a timely fashion as per the promised expected completion time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle,I did not have to wait and Brian had the paper work and my vehicle ready. Service was great.
