Greg Mugford is the embodiment of Lexus quality service! A visit to LOTP is just another visit to the dealership. Everything I believe the Lexus brand should hold true to I find in Greg Mugford. Great Experience I just bought my first Lexus. I found that working with David Lee a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him. He walked me through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. I also found Josie and Anthony to be willing to take an extra step to ensure that I was aware of all my options. Best service This was my first time getting service at Lexus On The Park and it was an absolutely incredible experience. I've always avoided dealerships for service in the past, but this was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was extremely friendly, patient and the whole process was super quick! Great Service I've just completed a 4 year lease of an RX 350; I originally bought my first Lexus from them in 1993, (from Scarborough Lexus, before their move). Have owned a Lexus ever since, but not always from them. Their service has always been outstanding, with problems (usually minor) immediately looked after in a friendly and professional way. Oil change and first service. It was first service for my new car: oil change. Completely satisfied about it. I'm with this dealership more then four years and will continue to stay with it. No reasons for me to look for something better if its exist. I'm totally satisfied about everything.
