Great service and great experience! Larry helped us find the car that was perfect for us. With excellent service and a great price we walked out of the dealership extremely satisfied. Rating the Services The regular car service is fair and can be improved to satisfy customer. Kevin Fam is very friendly and helpful to explain the details of the problems. I also enjoyed the nice coordination of Benjamin Momayez enabling us to obtain our Lexus RX 350/Touring at the first place and even very cooperative after all when we need any attention.

Broken plastic part replacement I broke the plastic lamp of the left turning signal located on the rearview mirror of my LX. Addressed my concern to Mr Adib Shivji and was subsequently put in contact with Mr Travis Green from the parts department. The part was replaced very quickly and in a high quality manner. I was very satisfied with service. Thank you very much Abid and Travis.

Tire and oil change Lexus on the Park has always been consistent in providing above par executive client service. Upon arrival at the service centre I drove into the vehicle receiving bay and the attendants working that day greeted me in a professional and welcoming manner and processed my vehicle with speed. I then proceeded to the service reception area where Brian Mitchell my service manager took over. Trustable product and service Great experience from the start. I think Ben showed me more than 10 RX 350's from their extensive selection with a smile. (Although I felt bad to do that to him in the winter!) afterwards showed me whole list with carproofs so I could cut down my selection as well. Gave me good trustable advice on extras.
