Service was excellent From recetpion to the end, whenever i visit lexus on the park, i feel great and everyone are very kind and informative. But for the wifi, it was very difficult to connect to free wifi. Because, while i was waiting, i had to do works with smartphone.

THANK YOU !! Thanks for the full body wash when I only went for a body work, you guys are amazing. Rental car staff was super nice. The whole team works perfectly together. Always follow up with me of what has been done and make sure I know what's going on with my vehicle. Very satisfied. Lexus on the park is the only place I go for any service for my car. Great service experience Had to have the electronics checked out due to a depleted battery and the folks were great! Service took me in without an appointment and I had a short wait until someone was available to serve me. Overall it took less than 2 hours to get me on my way.

Awesome Service Brian did an excellent job of taking care my service needs. He made the process painless and went beyond my expectations providing excellent service. customer service Thomas and Josie are the best customer facing individuals I have encountered! They went above and beyond to ensure my experience at the dealership was stellar. When I had subsequent questions on the Bluetooth functionality, Josie made it a priority to make sure my issues were resolved. They are definitely top notch! I highly recommend them! Seamless transition Nick was wonderful. This is my third Lexus, however my first sedan. He was very thorough in comparing the options, the prices, and making a recommendation that he thought would suit me well.
