Best Service in Town. This is the Tenth Lexus that I have purchased or leased from Lexus on the Park Dealership. The Sales Consultant, Nick Bales, is absolutely the best Sales Agent that I have dealt with. Kind, courteous and professional are just some of the reasons why I have referred Nick Bales to my own family and friends who have purchased at least 15 vehicles from him. Excellent Customer Service. This is my first Lexus. The experience at every visit to the dealership has been excellent. There was absolutely no pressure during the sale or there after during servicing. Great people, outstanding service.

The epitome of Customer Service May I suggest a name change, to Lexus Above and Beyond, On the Park - a little long but accurate nonetheless. My CT200H was in a recent accident and needed repair. I have had the vehicle (my first Lexus) for just over a year and I am so glad that I pushed for the repairs to be done at the dealership. Continuing excellent relationship This is my 5 th Lexus vehicle and incredibly the service is outstanding. I feel very valued and respected when I deal with all the staff here. Almost like family. Excellent customer service Visited Lexus on the park few times this year, its been a great experiance, Stephen De Silva makes sure that he fulfill our sales needs and aslo guides us in the right choice. Kevin has done an excellent job handling our service. Even though my appointment was not found on system, he quickly accomodated and also arranged for rental. Very efficient and professional. Excellent team work and outstanding customer service.
