Best dealership! As a single woman I have been taken advantage of at other dealerships. I have always been treated with respect and integrity by Lexus of London. In fact the General Manager Chris came out to my car to help me set up the blue tooth! The level of service is unsurpassed.
Impeccable service I rarely write reviews - but my experience today convinces me otherwise. This dealership has really exceptional service. Jason, in the service department, provided me fantastic service in a lot of ways tonight. Initially, there was a bit of a mix of with my appointment - but no issue at all on their end - they made sure I was accommodated fully and my car was fully looked after on short notice. Amazing Experience - Customer for Life While we were buying an SUV for my husband and ES for my Son, we mentioned to Rick that I would be in the market to trade my existing Lexus if he found the right one for us. Very Welcoming! I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in. My husband had traded in my RX-350 for an IS-250 and I was coming to pick it up. Stephanie had everything ready and the car was in mint condition. The staff took me through everything including helping me to set up my bluetooth. Stephanie also went through all the paper work in very clear terms. I did not feel rushed and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. A happy day!
Didn't feel like a dealership, never pressured very relaxed Loved the layout, (showroom) very pleased with atmosphere bright, sales person very organized and professional, picking up my car right in the showroom awesome touch.
