Very compitent The reason I purchased my RX from Lexus of London is because they tried their level best to make sure I got the best deal I could possibly get. Although I live in Toronto and there are many Lexus showrooms in GTA, none could give me a deal I was happy with. So overall I'm very much satisfied with their customer service and everything. I would definitely recommend Lexus of London to everyone and a special thanks to Rick Watson and Kylie Burridge for being so kind and understanding.
Outstanding!!! We had an fantastic experience from beginning to end in the purchase of our 2016 RX. Sue was a dream to work with making it a comfortable fun experience! At Lexus they call their clients guests not customers and their actions all reflect that philosophy. Sue and everyone we met there were very committed to do everything possible to guarantee we get the best out of our new vehicle and Lexus experience.
Test Drive NX What a great experience testing driving the NX. The salesperson new her stuff and went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get the test drive in that day.
Amazing service I had recently bought a brand new Lexus NX200t from Rick Watson. he was an amazing help. I have been shopping around for a summer car, and i obviously went to Rick to try to get into a brand new RC. we are still working on a deal and hopefully soon we could sign some papers. Rick is an amazing person. Great to deal with. Recommend him to everyone!
Professional Experience The sales person that we dealt with, Sue Vincent, was very patient and supportive. Throughout the process we had difficulty deciding on which model and colour we were interested in, causing us to change our minds on more than one occasion. Each time Sue listened, walked us through different options, while at the same time allowing us to not feel pressured and still in control of the decision.
Experience was outstanding! Purchasing our new Lexus NX was such an exciting process for us from the very beginning with Allan Calvert, to our very friendly and knowledgeable Salesperson, Sue Vincent. Excellent As usual, I was given a prompt friendly welcome that was courteous and respectful. Explanation for the car maintenance was given, along with the cost for the service.
Terrific as usual I immediately drove to the dealership when a warning light, indicating a problem with the traction system, appeared. Lyndsi prepared the work order and immediately had a loaner car for me. Karen helped me get started with the loaner vehicle. The problem was attended with a computer upgrade and I had my car back within 5 hours. I saw Romeo when I picked up the car and he explained the problem to me. Terrific customer service and repair service.
