Top Notch Attention I made an appointment through Karen Campbell to have the presidential detail package done on my 2011 ES350. I brought it in yesterday, was given a gorgeous 2016 ES350 loaner until my car was ready this morning. The attention to detail not only on my vehicle, but in making sure I was pleased and taken care of was exceptional. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Karen, as well as Jason, Romeo and Lyndsi at the service department for several years now, and have never been disappointed with the service.
Excellent service from Rick Watson While I wasn't able to find a car that met my very specific requirements, I was very impressed by the service and attention I received from Rick Watson at Lexus London as well as the dealership management. They were attentive, quick and efficient in their follow up with me and were able to address all my questions immediately. Overall I found them to be courteous, professional and very easy to work with. A great experience. I will return when I am looking for my next car.
