SCustomer satisfaction is very imortant I recently brought my 2 vehicles in for servicing a couple of days apart, both vehicles were returned washed & vacuumed an in the time promised. One of the cars developed a minor problem on the way home ( I live 100 km from the dealership ). The folks at Lexus of London bent over backwards to correct the issue with a minimum of inconvenience to me

Happy Customer This is tough to do without a little background information. Our previous high end car had just quit after less than 6 years. Further it was going to cost us a small fortune to fix and then the question would be do we keep it or sell the car. Other than a blown transmission there was nothing wrong with the car. No pressure-sale. Excellent customer service. We let Sean know we may not be ready to buy for a few months, and he didn't try to make us feel pressured to buy quickly, or try to "scare" us in to thinking we'd miss a great opportunity if we didn't move quickly. A vehicle which met our criteria arrived within a couple of weeks and we were offered an extended test-drive (over a few days). We ended up buying that vehicle.
