Such a pleasant buying experience We recently purchased a 2013 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of London. The sales representative, Stephanie Shearsby was so welcoming and easy to talk to. A pleasant experience We hadn't bought a vehicle in 35 yrs and we went to Lexus of London just for the fun of it. Respect I have purchased 3 Lexus RX350 vehicles from this dealership. It is a 2 hour drive from my home town and I have a hometown Lexus dealership. The basic difference is the respect that I am afforded in this dealership. The informed discussion, honest pricing and extra effort to create finance or leasing packages that best fit our situation. Tom was open and frank about all aspects of our negotiation. He demonstrated in a practical way that this is a Lexus dealership and not a Toyota dealership that also handles Lexus.
Service Excellent service and professional staff. The service area was ready to take my vehicle when I arrived and supplied me with a loaner vehicle for the day. All work was completed by the time requested. Overall a very pleasant experience.
