Great service. The service team is always wonderful. I've had my Lexus for 3 years, and they have always been super accommodating, respectful of my time, and very helpful. They always know my name as soon as I walk in the door, and are very well organized, even when they are overwhelmingly busy.

excellent service We have been with Lexus of London for over 10 years. Sales personell are pleasant, helpful and non-pushy.I have always felt comfortable purchasing our vehicles with them (we dealt with John Braddon each time). Service department is excellent and efficient. They seem to have a low staff turnover, which implies that the staff are happy to be working there. As a customer I definitely feel very comfortable both purchasing and servicing our cars there.
Great experience I traveled from out of town to take a look at a used RX450h, Stephanie was prompt in her e-mail responses and was able to go out of her way to come in the evening to schedule a test drive. Despite it being late in the evening, we never felt rushed nor pressured to make a decision that day. We ended up agreeing on a price and the car was delivered with all requests as promised. The overall experience has been pleasant and we will definitely consider this dealership for our future vehicle purchases.
Professional Sales - Great Experience We urgently needed a car, that day, as my old car was not drivable. We traveled 2 hours from Toronto and the sales person that we dealt with, Sue Vincent, made the long drive worth while. We were looking at a pre-owned RX 350 and dealing with Sue, we actually for the first time enjoyed our car buying experience. Once the vehicle was ready (in 6 days), Sue drove it to our place, so that we would not have to drive from Toronto to London again! Thank you Sue!
Excellent Experience We purchased a used RX350 from this dealership. We were warmly welcomed by Rick Watson, who carefully listened to what we were looking for. He was able to show us some options and then that was followed with a test drive. All of the information on the car was provided and all of our questions answered.
