Great Dealership I previously had a RX350 and had a great relationship with Chris Pinelli and Karen Campbell and the rest of the staff at Lexus of London who eliminate the hassle associated with buying and servicing a car. When it was time to replace it I asked them to help me find a new one and within days I had what I was looking for.
Best dealership hands down This is the best dealership experience I have ever had at any dealership Lexus or not. After 5 years of great service, I was in a bad accident and I had to quickly purchase another car. Present Sale and past Service helpful and efficient. Coming from another city, I have used this dealership for service over the past 3 years and been extremely pleased with how courteous and efficient the staff have performed with results as expected. So when trading for a newer model I found interacting with sales equally successful as my sales person worked diligently to find us a fit on price and conditions.

New Lease Leased my second RX350 recently. the transition to the new vehicle was quick and easy. All my expectations were met. This dealer has been terrific at service during my first lease and i wanted to stay with them.
The Best Service Department The Lexus of London Service Department has never let me down. In fact they always amaze me with how easy they are to deal with. This is without a doubt, the best service department I have ever dealt with.
Fantastic Experience! Stephanie was attentive, professional, and knowledgable about the car I was interested in. She went out of her way to ensure that I got what I was looking for and more! (She even personally drove the car 1.5h to my house to deliver it!) Everyone at the dealership was likewise customer-focused and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
