Always prompt and available! We have been dealing with Lexus of London for many years. We have owned 5 Lexus products and have no complaints about either the dealer or the product. They are courteous and prompt with fitting us in for whatever reason is necessary. The staff are terrific.

Great service department I have my IS serviced according to L of L's recommendations and reminders. Throughout my dealings with the service department, I have consistently found the L of L service representatives to be knowledgeable, helpful, professional and very pleasant to deal with. With regards to pricing, when I required 4 new regular tires and 4 new snow tires, L of L matched the prices of the big box stores. When I required 2 new rotors, they got them covered under warranty. Five Star Dealership We have owned four Lexus vehicles and have been extremely pleased with all four. Our current 2013 Lexus GS and 2014 Lexus LS, are a pleasure to drive. Other than routine maintenance our Lexus vehicles have been virtually trouble free. When we do need servicing, Lexus of London's Service Department have exceeded our expectations.
