Brakes done well Excellent plan for service and done promptly. Everything was explained cleary and concisely. Old, worn parts were shown to me to help me understand what was being done.

Great Customer Service I didn't visit the dealership or end up buying a car from Lexus of London but had a very good 'shopping' experience. Sue was fabulous through email and 'phone. This was my second trip to purchase a second Lexus & the entire staff is great but Rick is who I'll always come to to buy a car. He was completely honest, informative & found the right car for me!
