Used BMW Purchase Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Sue was very approachable from the initial test drive to the final pick up. Extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. Would recommend over and over again to all family/friends!
Finding new/used car Was helped by Mr. Rick Watson. Very helpful and professional. Worked very hard to answer my questions and also answered them in a very timely fashion. Unfortunately Lexus does not make manual transmission vehicles so I'm having to rethink my future purchase. Will definitely be back when the time comes.
Worth the drive from Sarnia for service. Staff at Lexus of London have always been up front on any service issues. If the car is in for any length of time a loaner has always been provided. Recently needed some minor paint work for stone chips and wear and tear. The service department went above the call of duty and picked up and returned my car to Sarnia when the repair was completed.

Quick service I had a little problem in that my grand daughter had an accident in the car. They got me in the very day after it happen, cleaned everything up and even managed to get a loaner car for me onsuch short notice.

Pleasant dealing of Lexus RX450H When I came in the Lexus hall first time, to be honest, I just planed to walk around, never thought to order a Lexus car that day. I was given the cordial reception by Jack Ji, as a sales, he did his job very well. Finally, I decided to purchase one RX450H here, even I havn't talk with my wife.
