Service for my 2014 Lexus IS350 I visited the Lexus of London service department on July 12th and received excellent customer service. Jason is extremely professional and thorough. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and ensures that each of his guests are treated with the utmost respect. I enjoy the entire Lexus of London experience every time that I am in for a service.

Always excellent service! All of the service team at Lexus of London go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I usually deal with Romeo and he goes the extra mile to make sure your concerns are taken care of and that any questions you have are answered. I'm very picky with my vehicles and their service and so far Romeo and the rest of the team are the best I've dealt with.

Outstanding service Service team responded as soon as I arrived late on Friday afternoon without an appointment or advance call. Work was completed within a few days and below the estimated price. Team communicated all work and timing through the process including options and benefits. Great Team!
Brake Service Excellent service all round, particularly with Jason and Karen. Jason initially, where an issue with my vehicle was identified and thoroughly explained. Subsequently, brought the vehicle for service a few days later, where Karen provided equal customer care and attention. A loaner vehicle was provided which ensured I was able to accomplish something, rather than spend the time waiting. While I have no experitse in the field, the final cost did not appear to be out of line for the work required for the vehicle.
New Brakes Was told on last oil change I needed new front brakes & rotors. Explained very well and time frame I needed to service. Booked a couple days ahead. They worked with my schedule provided a car and price was completive. Karen updates me by text as she knows I cannot be reached by phone at work.
Great touch points through the day from Karen I brought my Lexus in for service this week and dealt primarily with Karen and also received help from Jason upon retrieving my car at the end of the day. Karen kept me informed throughout the day of my car's status, and was very helpful. Jason was excellent at processing my payment at the end of the day. It was busy when I came in so the receptionist asked me to sit to wait for Jason, but she didn't tell me when he was free, so I waited for longer than I would have liked.
Engine rebuild I have had a great time going to Lexus of London to get my car serviced and major work done it also. The staff, Jason, Lyndsi, and Romeo had great knowledge of the cars and better advice. I would recommend anyone with a Lexus to go there and feel reassured that your in the right hands.
