My latest experience when purchasing a vehicle Our sales person Rick Watson was awesome from start to finish with our recent purchase. The whole team at Lexus of London is great to do business with. Love my RX350 What can we say, Sue is a wonderful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly saleswoman!! Once we told her what we were looking for she was able to find exactly the perfect RX350 white with black interior that we wanted! We were instantly sold. Sue is a great person and one that we can both say will be a friend for life! You are very lucky to have her as one of your salespeople!

55 point inspection Excellent!! We are guests, wait in a lovely private area, chatting with other happy LEXUS owners. Coffees, teas, snacks. Plus...,,,nothing was wrong!!! Not bad for a 2007. With GM products we constantly threw money at a 2005!!! Blech

Outstanding Customer Service Can't say enough about the level of service from Lexus of London and specifically, Rick Watson, who always made himself available or returned calls promptly.
