Used Audi Saw the car when leaving London on a Sunday so I emailed them to set up a meeting. Stephanie was very quick to respond and very informative on answer any preliminary questions I had. The purchasing process was very smooth and easy going. They were not pushy or ignorant like some previous dealers I was at. The manager Allan paid me a visit and congratulated me. The rest of the Lexus crew was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them if looking for Lexus or a quality used a vehicle.

Thanks for the Great Service Probably the best car dealership we have ever dealt with. They really bend over backwards to make sure everything is taken care of in a first rate manner. The staff is extremely helpful and very courteous. We also greatly appreciate the loaner car while our vehicle is being serviced. It is especially helpful because we live over an hour from the dealership and need to be able to get some things done while the car is in for service. Amazing Customer Experience We have been customers for years and having said that you would think that the customer experience would get stale and tired, but not here. We hope to always be a customer of this dealership. The sales staff, service and even the concierges are outstanding. Never disappointed with their support on issues as they always resolved them. You just cannot go wrong here with these folks! They should be used as a model for "How to treat and service" in this industry.
