Great experience purchasing new GS350 to replace 2013 GS350 Recently damages my 2013 GS350 and needed to replace the car. Everyone at dealership were very friendly and helpful. Sue was great and covered the features of new Lexus offerings. Test drove a few cars and quickly decided the GS350 was what we wanted. Excellent experience with no hassle I dropped into the Lexus dealer unannounced and with no appointment. I just needed to get a rear bumper light replaced. Karen was very helpful, took me in without an appointment and offered to have the car washed if I had the time. The light was fixed and the car came back sparkling clean. Service is fast, efficient and trustworthy. It's always a pleasure getting my vehicle serviced here. Right from the first call with the receptionist to the service department. The service staff are very knowledgable and explain what the service is and how long it will require. If it is needed I'm always offered a loaner car. When I return to pick up my vehicle, it is washed outside and the mats cleaned, which I very much appreciate.

Minor repair I dropped in to Lexus of London, without an appointment, to have the tire pressure checked since my indicator light had come on. The service was prompt, courteous and informative. The problem was explained and my questions were answered. Had the car washed and was out in just over an hour.

great service from Romeo in the car service department I always receive great service from Romeo every-time I take my vehicle in to get serviced. He is very knowledgeable and keeps me at ease with me knowing that my car will receive quality attention at a fair price..I find my car is always completed in a timely fashion and I do not wait too long.
