Friendly and efficient staff Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sales rep ( Rick) spent a lot of time going over the features of the car (2 hrs) and reiterated that we could call or email anytime with questions. He also made a follow up phone call a couple of days later to see how we were enjoying the car. The assistant service manager ( Lyndsi ) did a good job explaining the service end of the car. . Excellent service experience as usual As always, a very pleasant and positive service experience. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and the waiting room environment is relaxing and comfortable. This dealership is an excellent brand ambassador for Lexus.

Top Notch Every Time My wife and I bought our first Lexus from Sue Vincent about 3 years ago so when it came time to deal with our other vehicle there was no other choice! We went directly to Sue and Lexus of London where we are always treated like people and not car buyers. Whether we go for service or to make a purchase we get top notch treatment every time. Great service Buying my lexus was the easiest process that I have ever went through. Very friendly people and Rick has made it a life time experience. He explained every bit of the car. Went back and forth with him in pricing he mad sure that I was satisfed with the price at the end.

Couldn't ask for anything more I have been driving a Lexus for 26 years & all with the same dealership. From day 1 the service staff, especially Karen Campbell, & the sales & management staff have been exceptional. The concierge, Rhonda, is amazing. I feel as if I'm visiting family. Stephanie My husband and I both found Stephanie wonderful to deal with when purchasing our car.
