Service, Etest, Safety check. I took our vehicle, a 2008 RX 350 in for service, Etest and Safety check. I plan to sell it privately and purchase a later model. I dealt with Karen Campbell who patiently answered my many questions and satisfied my concerns. The work was completed to my satisfaction on time and well done. I was provided with a loaner 2015 RX 350 that I would consider buying at the right price. My only issue would be the cost of the work done on this vehicle over the years. Excellent service that exceeded my expectations! By far the best car buying experience I have had. All the staff was willing to go the extra mile and Sue was great to deal with on my purchase. This was a customer service at it's best! By the way - I also love the car!

Regular check and oil change etc. I receive a great greeting and even tough I was a bit early they took me in and started paper work etc. I was offered a loaner as it was a 2 - 1/2 hour appointment but i declined. They have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee and cereal bars so that is wonderful. The best surprise was a top up of gas which was a first and greatly appreciated.

really good recommendation I really like the recommendations that Jack gave me. He told me about the cars in detail so that I could know what kind of car I really need. During the test drive he also showed me the detail about cars. I really like the experience today.
