Very friendly Great experience. Seemless. Got what I wanted.. price was perfect and they worked toward a budget I required. Sue was very pleasant and knew her information-very quick to respond with any question I came up with after the test drive.

Excellent, timely courteous service My overall customer service experience was excellent. The dealership contacted me by e-mail notifying me that me car was due for service. I booked my appointment over the phone. Check-in (and check-out) for my appointment with Lyndsi at the service department was quick and easy. The service appointment was completed on a timely basis.

Excellent customer service I came into the Lexus dealership with little knowledge of what I was looking for. The sales rep (Rick Watson) met with me to discuss the different vehicles they had available and had me test drive several. On my second visit, Rick carefully walked me through the different options and I was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for. Service to Perfection with Great Customer care. Staff knows everyone by name, and when arriving for service all say hi and ask questions about how things are going in our personal lives as if we have been friends for a long time . (Now we really feel like we have been friends for a long time) loaner car always made available , even when we say not required we have a drive or can wait they still make sure we don't want . Time lines kept on when they say work will be done .

Tire change A minor service but none the less an excellent experience. No waiting for service, courteous, cheerful. Car done on time and done correctly. In my short experience with this dealership this is what I have come to expect.

Service and snow tire removal 2015 NX 200 Turbo The service and guest relationship at this dealership is by far the best I have encountered in my many years of owning cars of various makes. I enjoy going to this dealership so much I have added a second Lexus to my garage! That pretty well says it all.
