Another fine vehicle shopping experience! Was looking for another Lexus RX 350 for my parents. We had some special criteria/budget to meet. Quick and efficient! Brought our new RC in for its free 1600km inspection and also to get some snow tires put on. Henry was quick to greet, ask me if I had any specific concerns and within minutes I was on my way. When I returned to pick up it was the same quick and efficient approach. Scheduled Maintenance I have been a Lexus client for nearly four years. During this time I have benifited from the excellent service and advice from those in the service department.....Henry Gao for this particular appointment and Karen Campbell for previous visits. They have been prompt, attentive and answered all my questions about my Lexus vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to prospective buyers. Great experience Sue Vincent was very professional, answered all our questions, recognized us the second time we came in and went above and beyond our expectations. Sue explained the mission statement of Lexus of London and made us feel very comfortable about calling if we had any concerns, such as if we couldn't figure out the garage door openers, to just call and someone would come out and help. Very pleased with her service and would recommend to others.

First service appointment Great service- from start to finish all very clear and was able to fit in some other work not discussed prior to service appointment -awesome-did everything and more...also nice to have my salesperson say hello- other places act like they have never seen you after the sale....the bar has been raised

Used RX350 purchase Both my wife and I were extremely satisfied with our vehicle and purchase experience at Lexus of London. "Jack" was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its' options. Went out of her way to make it happen We were looking to update our RX350 with the same only a few years newer. Being from out of town Sue was very accommodating so we didnt have to make extra trips to dealership. Although it was a used Lexus we were buying She made us feel like we had bought a new one. Great experience and would recommend to others.
