Very pleased with my experience. I was into your dealership to learn more about Lexus models and let me say I was warmly greeted by one of your salesmen, Rick Watson and he was very knowledgable and patient with all my questions amd with my kids wanting to sit in all the cars haha. Amazing. I wanted a Lexus, but was a bit concerned with how I might be treated at the dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want was a high pressure salesperson trying to upsell me. Rick Watson came highly recommended by a close friend of mine and repeat customer. Purchase of Used Car Even though it took several weeks to get a required part for my used car, the dealership was very helpful and professional. Once the part arrived at the dealership, it was installed immediately and I was able to complete the purchase the next day. The employees at the dealership were all very friendly and knowledgeable and ensured everything was set up before I left with the car.

Easiest purchase of my Life Stephanie was friendly and courteous from the 1st minute we met her. She connected with my wife and made the experience of buying a vehicle great as it should. Professional experience with the staff I have visited the dealership a few times as I had my eye on a new car. Unfortunately life circumstances ( divorce) have postponed the PO by a cpl of quarters. My next purchase will be with Rick Watson in 2018.

You will not be disapointed Purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but do not remember any dealers that I enjoyed more. Went above and beyond my expectations!! I cannot express how great of an experience I had with this dealership, specifically with Rick. As a female making her first major car purchase, I went in with a lot of questions and hesitations. Rick was beyond reassuring and knowledgeable, and he walked me through everything I needed to know.
