Award winning salesman We went to the Lexus dealership in London in search of a new car for my wife when we walked in we were met by the amazing front desk staff offered us drinks to which then lead us to our salesman Rick Watson he greeted us and politely asked what we were in the market for though Im sure it was very painful for him do to the fact my wife was back and forth between 2 vehicles he listened and answered all questions and then helped us make the best decision for her in my opinion probably one of the best sale... read more

Rick Rankine marvelous service During the service period found an unexpected requirement for a replacement part causing an overnight delay for parts. A replacement vehicle was immediately arranged as we live in Woodstock. Henry Gao's reactions were great. My 3rd Lexus from this outstanding dealership!

amazing experience... essentially bought a car over phone! Having my car break down suddenly and needing a new one within weeks, I could not have found a better person than Sue to help me! I was in Waterloo at the time and she in the London dealership, yet she was able to help me with an amazing NX 200T at an incredible deal, all arranged over the phone, and delivered within 2 days right to the front door of my AirBnb!!!
