Great buying experience Just picked up our "new" car. The entire staff was all amazing but a special shout out to Stephanie, Natalie and Kylie for giving me the best buying experience. Best car buying experience ever!!!! My entire experience at Lexus was unremarkable. From meeting Rick initially there was no pressure, he was super informative and patient with me. Excellent I dropped my car was only minutes getting the paper work done, was offered a car to use if needed. I had a ride was told my car would be done by 11am I should up at 1055 and they where just pulling my car up front. Took only a few minutes to go over the advice required and anything else that it might need. Excellent service my time valued by your staff Henry is great.
The service department has gone above and beyond for me. Service department : Accurate diagnoses ; reasonable charges ; no surprises with my invoice. Always pleasant and courteous. What more can you ask for. Sales department - Rick Watson Rick is a very good salaes person ; low key but knowledgable. Lexus of London first time purchase This was our first time purchasing a Lexus vehicle from Lexus of London. Overall the staff were all very accommodating.
