Wonderful experience As a first time Lexus buyer I can honestly say that they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome at this dealership. There is no shortage of competition for vehicles in this market segment however after test driving the IS with my salesman, Carlos, I was sold. Amazing experience on my first Lexus purchase I just bought my first Lexus from Zach, referred by Jordana. The process was simple and easy. He was very courteous and answered every questions I had. Restored my faith in Car Dealerships! This had to be the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car. I update my vehicle about every 18 months so I have had the chance to experience many dealers. Offered us lunch, made us cappuccino's while discussing options, no pressure at all. They deliver what they promised Even though I bought a Toyota from the used department inventory of this dealer, they proved today when I took my car for service that (as they said to me when I bought the car) no matter if you buy the cheapest or more expensive car from us, we will treat everyone the same. Absolutely incredible customer service!!! Richie was my sales person and he did an amazing job of accommodating all my needs in a vehicle. He took me on a couple test drives and had extensive knowledge of the products. Highly recommend him if interested in a used vehicle. Also Jordana was my finance manager, she was sweet and very personable. She demonstrated their products and showed in detail all information on warranty. Great customer service Bought my first RX350 from Lexus of Edmonton last November and my first service appointment was due. Mike was able to set up an appointment swiftly and my vehicle was ready within a couple of hours. Great experience and Mike's customer service skill is exceptional.
