Great Experience Buying a Used Vehicle Went to Lexus of Edmonton, Pre-Owned Centre after searching unsuccessfully for a mini-van in our price range. Amazing Experience My first vehicle buying experience was an absolute atrocious experience. I was not happy with my it but my uncle suggested I that I go to Lexus of Edmonton and let me say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Lexus purchase I just purchased a used Lexus RX 350 SUV from Lexus of Edmonton The Salesman was Cam Rutten. Can did an excellent job of informing me what was available, I was looking for a used RX 350. I looked at a few and made my choise of a 2011 RX 350. We went over in about 1/2 an hour of what Lexus had to offer. The SUV had just came in and it looked great. After it went through their clean up , it was amazing. The unit just glows. Customer service these days at this dealership is terrible. Had to get a tire repaired. Could drop it off but no time commitment for it to be done. Said sometime during the day. Offered to have a shuttle. Asked when I could book an appointment to wait for it to get done there wasnt one available for almost a month. If the job brings in good money the appointment is made quicker but for a small job like a tire repair they make it so inconvenient so feel like they dont care and have to go elsewhere. I bought my wife a used vehicle on August 23, 2023 for her birthday, and unfortunately, it's been 'horror show' ever since. It's been one major repair after another; even at this very moment it is in the shop for repairs to the tune of over $3,500. By the time this present bill is paid, we would have spent over $18,000 on major repair work on the vehicle [yes, that's $18,000].
