Terrible people Bought a used jeep from them that was in on a trade it. They were very rude. xxxxxx around with head lights that didnt work. Was told it was a malfunction between when the inspection was done and when I bought it ( less then a months time) THEN found a huge leak which is common problem and they wouldnt do anything about it because it was our of the 30 days. Hi Alex, You were fully aware the vehicle had aftermarket accessories and the warranty was voided before you agreed to sign the bill of sale (3 months after you took delivery) and after the vehicle was shipped to you and had a third party inspection at BMW. We also agreed to buy back the vehicle/refund your money during this 3 months and instead you were given 2 cheques for over $4000.00 to perform the maintenance the vehicle required and lack of warranty, which you were pleased with. Terrible service and pushy people Absolutely terrible experience at Lexus of edmonton when dealing with their parts department, Mohamed the parts manager is extremely pushy and has quite frequently changed prices I was quoted simply due to the fact that he wants to fatten his pockets. At one point he directly told me “I’ll give you a price right now but right now only”. Prices should be the same regardless of if I’m buying on Tuesday or Friday. Timeline Disappointed that a so called "Express Service " for just an oil change took over an hour. I wasn't offered a breakfast that I was told I would when making the appt. just told they would come find me when my car was ready.
One Dissatisfied Customer This is my third experience with Lexus of Edmonton, and it was absolutely terrible. I had requested and made an appointment for a simple tire change from winter tires, which had been purchased from Lexus of Edmonton six months ago, to all season tires, and was told it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours, including a wash. Professional sales, but the service department is just OK. I bought my RX350 a year ago and thought "what a great experience". Well, that was soured after my first visit to the service department and is totally a distant memory after the second one. The Service Advisor's I have dealt with don't take enough information to ensure the issues gets corrected the first time or even the second.
