Awesome!!!!! We came into this dealer looking to purchase a new SUV. We first started our experance on line with Carlos. He was so helpful and patient with us. And was very nolagable about the vehicles he had to offer. In a week we picked up our new RX 350 sport SUV. And looking so forward to taking it on our next adventure in life. Excellent attitudes, friendly environment, nice xtras Friendly welcome, activities for customer while waiting for car, no charge battery for fob, all staff eager to help and answer any questions, senior staff took time to visit while waiting for vehicle.
Excellent, friendly service We dropped in Lexus of Edmonton to have them check a concern we had with the paint on our Lexus. Lexus promptly made a service appointment for us and offered us a loaner vehicle. The staff was extremely friendly! The service done to our Lexus was excellent! This is our second Lexus from Lexus of Edmonton!

Great Customer Service We love our new 2016 Lexus nx 200t F Sport series 3! we tried to deal with a local dealership however at the end of the day their advice was to buy the vehicle from Edmonton as they could not match the price!
