If you take your car to Lexus of Edmonton make sure you that you have battery operated cameras hidden in your car. They might try to charge you for fraudulent repairs after sabotaging your vehicle. We took our 2016 Lexus IS300 for a simple tire swap then while it was there, we were offered to fix the rapidly flashing signal lights and horn pitch that were working totally fine before the vehicle was taken in. Have a rx350 had enough of the outrageous priced service. First of all the first thing that is noted for a service is drivers floor mat is secure. Like people need to pay someone to check this. They make it sound like they are doing tons for your service but really not (checking horn etc.) and people would be happier paying less. They try to justify all the perks with the service nails done lunch when the reality is people would rather take their car in save money and leave. Had 2 dealings with this dealership ,one was one of the best experiences my wife and I have had and one was one of the worst .Different people involved ,all I will say get everything in writing and watch management .
Booked an appointment to have a service done on my 2022 RX350 (16000km), as well as to have a block heater cord installed. Dropped off my car at 1130 and received a call at 220 saying that they did not have the block heater cord and that it is on backorder. What could I say, my car was already in for the service (just pull it out half serviced?). Was totally mislead by the status of the vehicle. Show us a not complete carfax report. My advise before you buy at this place get your own FRESH report. "Free" oil change. That is after you let them do a $300 inspection . No block heater on a $50 k vehicle ?
Unfortunately I cant give Zero stars as that isn't the option but Lexus of Edmonton's General Manager Evan Schindel and Andrew Barber deserves zero star. They are doing extremely unprofessional job to earn this rating. On the other hand, Salesman Levi is the best person at the dealership to deal with and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. Not very honest and difficult to deal with. I would stay away from them unless you like to pay more for less. Too bad they have gone downhill to the point i will not go there anymore.

In the past I have had an excellent experience with Lexus however my latest experience was completely obissmal. Firstly the service representative completely misrepresented the cost of the service by $300 with no warning. Secondly I was to have VIP service and they did not return my car after work. They were then to call an Uber that was a further 30 minutes making me miss an evening class and not being able to make family commitments. They must have lost decent staff as the service was horrible today
Don't Buy a vehicle from these guys!!!. In 2014, I bought a 2011 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Edmonton. I also bought an extended warranty policy for the vehicle in the amount of $4,313.40. During the time of purchase, I vividly remember that the sales associate told me I will be able to claim my money back after the WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES. No conditions were mentioned to me in convincing me to purchase the policy.
