Yet Another Happy Customer Straight off the bat Carlos was able to match cash credit offered by a Lexus dealership in Calgary, and with my preferred car at Lexus of Edmonton, I was able to purchase this car with efficiency and no pressure. Pleasant and professional This is my second experience in dealing with Lexus of Edmonton. Amazing Experience We are previous Lexus owners, but we are first time buyer from Lexus of Edmonton. For days after buying we were telling our friends about the way we were treated by the staff at the entire dealership. From walking in the door to leaving we were treated with respect and the staff is very friendly; we didn't feel judged. Excellent Customer Service and Product Commitment We've been with Lexus since 2007 starting out with a 2008 RX 350 Premium and in 2012, we added a GX 460 Ultimate Premium. Both these vehicles performed exceptionally well in adverse road conditions. Maintenance had been nothing but perfect. Satisfaction guaranteed! I have been driving a Lexus RX 350 for a few months now and visited the dealership a few times for a regular maintenance.
