Oustanding service!! Amazing customer service! Went in for an oil change and winter tyre change and the service crew noticed a rock chip and wiper blade issue: fixed both of them with no extra appointment and no charge! It is NEVER painful to get my car in for any service. :)

No problem The Dakota and John went out of their way to accommodate me when I left my Lexus with them for service. I couldn't get my phone to pair with the Blueetooth, no problem John was right there to help. The Loaner car didn't have Navigation, no problem Dakota found me one that did. I was from out of town and late picking up my car, no problem Dakota stayed late so I wouldn't be stranded until the next day. I'm very grateful for the extra help I was given.

Amazing car and dealership! Carlos was amazing to deal with answering all my questions and booking my test drive over the weekend. Needless to say the test drive went off without a hitch and I bought a new 2015 Nx. Shannon in the finance department was also great to deal with she got me a great finance rate, arranged for my new Nx to be plated and went over all extra protection that available for investment.
