Amazing Many of you might think that I'm provably crazy to go 1000 miles away and buy a new car when I could perfectly done it in Vancouver where I live. great!!!! Evan was great to work with from start to finish he was very good of keeping me up to date o. The status of were my car was as it was ordered. Cecilia was also great she covered all other the thinks that I needed and even did the registration for the new car. My overall impression was great. This is the second car I have purchased from Lexus of Edmonton and it won't be my last they know what service looks like

Lexus of Edmonton because of Sandy Picked up our second car today, 6 years after our initial purchase from Sandy Rubenheimer. Even before the 1st time we bought a car from Sandy, she has treated us with respect and dignity that NO other person has done. Service as promised Very good service as expected and delivered. Amy Robertson promptly took great care of us and promised to repair an annoying windshield rattle with new moulding if necessary from a prior windshield replacement. And, that's another reason I would definitely consider Lexus of Edmonton for another new vehicle. As a matter of fact, we are considering moving to Victoria B.C. and I would most likely buy a new vehicle here first.
It's all about the customer! I love how easy it is to have any service work done at Lexus West end. They come and pick up my car and bring it back all serviced with a car wash. I don't miss a beat.
