I and my wife went in there to buy brand new car and we obviously had questions + I did my research. Jag wasn't very comfortable answering questions and instead was super rude and said "oh you guys should invest somewhere else so rav4 le awd hybrid is going to cost you $65k so buy something else". Avoid dealing with Langley Toyota at all cost. Finance had us waiting 7 hours when they knew we were coming and that we were coming from Kelowna. I inspected the vehicle and there was nothing wrong with it, until it came back form having the undercoat treatment and rust protection done to it. They did not bag the seats and I ended up with stain over the driver seat. We decided to visit this dealership to check out the Rav4 Prime, primarily because they were advertising it on their website at a lower price than Toyota. It seemed like a tactic to attract customers. During our visit, we had the opportunity to test drive the Rav4 Prime. However, we were surprised to learn that there was an available vehicle due to a cancellation, but it came with additional costs of $5000. The finance manager's unprofessional behavior marred my purchase experience at Toyota Langley. Discovering extra charges on my agreement after leaving the dealership disappointed me. While the sales team was kind, I recently had a bad encounter with the finance manager at Toyota Langley. I discovered surprise charges on my agreement and faced a condescending attitude. Getting a refund took a lot of effort. I hope this review helps others. The dealership needs to address these issues fast. Buyers deserve better.
Brutal. Lied about $795 FOB warranty fee and a $499 gas/detailing fee as being mandatory when in fact they were optional. After I called him out, they were unwilling to negotiate price on vehicle and said that is how they make their margins. We were also paying cash and they kept asking for trade in or finance. The worst dealership! Go somewhere else if you can. They don't treat you well.
They appears to exclusively sell cars to customers who choose to financee. They push accessories and add-ons.
Went to this dealership to look for a used Toyota Corolla for my sister-in-law this past weekend, our salesperson was fabulous. We came back the next day as now we were ready to buy the car in cash. Ordered a new tacoma a year ago, and put down a $1000 deposit, Still no signs of it today, so decided to go and cancel my order, we'll sales told me that I would have to wait till monday to get my deposit back, this is totally unacceptable and coming from a large dealership.
