Went there as I am very curious about Rav 4 Hybrid. Walked around the lot for about 20 minutes looking inside all the models and also the Highlander. Not a salesperson in sight. I even went into the showroom and the receptionist if I could sit inside the showroom model and she yes. Another 5 minutes looking at the features getting a feel and still no salesperson. This is a disgrace. Shame on you Langley Toyota. I will guarantee you when I pull the trigger it will not be with your dealership.
Can you explain who gave you permission to sell or use my email to others ?? I gave no such permission!! You sold my email to others and I get survey after survey and if you get connected services... they hold your info for three years NOT HAPPENING!!! What a joke
Surprise car battery is damaged after car service Went to Langley Toyota for periodic maintenance. I usually go to OpenRoad Toyota Richmond for service, however, since I now live in Langley, hence I had the service done there. Tires on awful condition I bought my car brand new on 25th of April 2018 and now it’s on 51.000 km. I had 6 free service warranty including tires. Before than the last one they checked all and noticed me that the tires are in good condition. On that service time the car was 43.000 km. Will take every cent they can! We are a young, professional couple who purchased a Rav4 from Kelowna toyota. We always had great service there and were treated very well at all times. When purchasing the vehicle we also purchased the extended warranty which allows for all services to be complimentary (or part of the additional fee you pay initially). Every time this vehicle has been taken into Langley Toyota they have charged me. They have treated us disrespectfully and do not clean your car for you like every other company ... read more

Oil change I was so disappointed. I have gone here before with my Rave 4 great service. This time it was 1 1/2 hour wait. No car wash and they did not reset my maintenance check on my car. I had to read on my manual how to reset.

Do not use this location Wow what a joke! My wife and I went to the dealership yesterday to look at some used Toyota Corolla's. We walked around the lot in the rain for 15 mins before someone came outside and I mean they literally just stepped out the door and stayed out of the rain. We eventually had to walk up to him. He had no clue what was even on the lot. Once we sorted that out he showed us a couple cars, we liked two different ones and after driving them both around the lot we went in to talk prices. Don't buy here, don't even go in the door! I went to see the sales person I had used before and he had left so I got Stephan and he talked me into A deposit. When I decided not to deal with him he told the managers Leon and Scot not to give me my 500$ back. So rude and mean Do not go to the disreputable place
