Took my car in today. Had to wait a long time to get it looked at even though I had an appointment. I live with my 96 year old Mother and I have to get someone in to sit with her when I have appointments. This gets expensive. So on top of the long wait, when they finally found out the cause of the warning lights on my dash, they told me it would be about $500, on top of the $100 I was charged to find out the problem. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. They just want to sell and if you miss something , be careful they never tell you.
I arranged to come from out of province to purchase a used Sienna from this dealership. We worked out all details on the phone before we travelled, including the price of the vehicle I was trading in. Once I asked the dealership for a quote for my current vehicle, there was no going back however. They would not sell me the Sienna if I would not trade in my vehicle to them, despite them telling me on the phone that they were going to lose money by taking my vehicle. They lied to me over the phone and text about a hybrid being available today. . Went in to find out it’s not available after negotiating on my trade in. And then they said they will give me someone else’s cancelled order in a few months ( but why did you lie to me telling me the hybrid is at the dealership today !!!!!) They did mention they have a waitlist of over 400 people so they are doing me a favour by being allowed to jump the queue. Would never ever go buy a car from them. So unprofessional , nothing about this place was good. Even the first day I visited the place with my husband, we stood there for good 15 minutes to get someone to ask what we are there for. Communication from the moment I walked in was poor. Tried to get me to agree to a non refundable deposit to get the truck looked at by a mechanic. Took 3 hours To sign the financial agreement and insurance the truck.
Very disorganized. Sales people do not follow threw with customers. Saw a lot of people standing around doing nothing. At same time it took me two weeks to get a car sale I payed cash. Started Feb 9th. I'm still waiting for delivery of my car. Its payed for and insured. Most unorganized company I've ever delt with.
I bought my car almost 2 years ago, and was charged for a lot of extras that I did not need or want. Since then my banking information has changed and I have been leaving messages for the finance manager to contact me. The company they deal with does not have a phone number, though associated with Bank of Montreal. We don’t buy a lot of vehicles,but this was our worst experience.Had to deal with 3 separate people before we could finalize a deal.We have had a few minor issues we absolutely no success having problems solved,they got their money and then nothing more,we noticed several customers received gift baskets on a sale,I guess spending $55,000 doesn’t merit appreciation.If we didn’t like the vehicle so much we would of left and gone elsewhere.
