Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at 8am, only for my car to be taken in at 11am. During this period I received no phone calls or notice that my car would take longer. When I spoke to a representative about the wait, they had no real answer regarding why it took longer and told me it was my fault for requesting a service technician despite making an appointment a week in advance. Worst dealership anywhere. Strange culture here with condescending and rude management. Accusing customers and lieing is normal for management here. Toyota Canada, get your act together and deal with this dealership. It is hurting the brand. I will never deal with this location ever again and certainty not recommend to anyone unless they want to be treated like garbage. This after purchasing a brand new $60, 000 vehicle!
So I contacted one of your sales person via Facebook market we went on to see the vehicle and your sales agent gave me a price but i gave him my budget, we were unable to reach a deal so I left after he messaged me on Facebook that I gave a low ball offer and wasted his time. Buying the Tacoma was a good experience but getting warranty work done isn’t. Looks like claims avoidance. Obvious defects not recognized and not fixed
My lease on my Highlander was expiring. The process to buyout my lease was horrible. New ownership not trustworthy. Tried to charge for inspection and fees over what was in my lease. Made me go through a 3 hour process to buy it out: totally wasted my time.
I have always been very satisfied with this dealership and service department but was extremely disappointed yesterday when I took my vehicle in for servicing and tire changeover. This dealership has NOT complied with COVID protocols and I could not believe they had no plexiglass screens to protect employees or customers, there was no mask compliance requests or signage and only a couple of service techs had masks on. A family member had purchased a new 2019 Tacoma. At that time, I advised the salesperson that in about one year's time, I will be purchasing a new Rav4 Hybrid Limited. True to my word, in September of 2020 I returned to Langley Toyota with full intent of ordering a 2021 version of the Rav4 Hybrid Limited.
