2017 Highlander They gave me a fair trade in and found exactly the Highlander I wanted. The sales process was under 30 minutes. Clean, friendly and informative.
Their used cars are so professionally detailed I already bought three used cars for my family from Langley toyotatown.All three vehicles looked so nice almost like new.Like i dont know how to detail/recondition my car like that.The paint was shiny and hardly any scratches on it,the engine so clean and the interior was so clean and inviting.I feel i got my moneys value buying a used car here after all thats how you want you want a used car to look.Whoever they hire to detail their used cars sure does a good job unlike West Co... read more
I went in for a booked test drive on a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE. I even got a call the day before from a rep named Brahmdeep, casually asking if I’d “consider a key start.” That was my first red flag. When I arrived for the test drive, I was told, conveniently, that the car had sold 30 minutes before I got there. No call. No courtesy. My wife and I are life long Toyota customers…. Anyone remember the red jacket Toyota jump? Anyway nvm…, we made a deposit of $1000 site unseen to hold a vehicle for 5 hours while we travelled over from the island. Very mean customer representative in Service Department. I phoned for the first time and she asked if the vehicle had been there, and I explained why I haven't been there after a year of purchasing the vehicle, instead of listening to what I was saying, she said "That's not what I am asking for." Because Luke's like they don't care about costumers.they make a mistake and blame me for it rhey say is my fould. And make me do another appointment for the recall and when I ask for a courtesy car say they don't have any and this is my 2nd car in two years and they say the same every time well I'm very disappointed because make me wait in the dealer every time that a take my car for service. And I try to put a remote start and they give me two deferent prices for it. But the cars are good no complaints about it.
